The Bureau of Reclamation announces four additional contract negotiation sessions with the Placer County Water Agency on terms and conditions for a long-term Warren Act contract. The contract will be negotiated for the conveyance and temporary storage of up to 47,000 acre-feet of non-Central Valley Project water per year using excess capacity in Folsom Reservoir and the Folsom South Canal. This contract would support PCWA commitments made in the American River Basin Water Forum Agreement and facilitate transfer of water through the Lower American River to East Bay Municipal Utility District.
The following negotiation session will be held in the Administrative Office Main Conference Room at Reclamation's Central California Area Office, 7794 Folsom Dam Road, Folsom:
· April 3, 1-3:30 p.m.
The additional following negotiation sessions may be held at the above location if necessary:
· April 17, 1-3:30 p.m.
· May 1, 1-3:30 p.m.
· May 22, 1-3:30 p.m.

NOTICE TO DESIGN BUILD TEAMS
The Sewer Authority Mid-Coastside (the "Authority"), San Mateo County, California will receive statement of qualifications from design-build teams for progressive design/ build services of the Montara Force Main Project.
The statement of qualifications will be required to be submitted on or before 2 pm April 22, 2024 addressed to the General Manager at the following email kishen@samcleanswater.org.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board (Water Board) will accept public comments on the proposed amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the San Francisco Bay Basin (Basin Plan). The proposed Basin Plan amendment provides information related to the challenge of climate change in the region, including to its aquatic habitats, and the Water Board's participation in various regional efforts to address climate change. The amendment also provides information to assist in the planning and development of climate adaptation and other shoreline projects, based on the Water Board's review of the evolving climate change science and its knowledge and expertise in coastal and estuarine management and permitting. The amendment also updates references, corrects errors, and makes minor, non-substantive edits for clarity. The amendment is informational and contains no new regulations.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING WRITTEN COMMENTSWritten comments on the proposed Basin Plan amendment must be received by 12:00 noon on May 15, 2024, in order to be considered. Please send all written comments to the staff contact identified above. Additionally, all evidence, testimony, and exhibits to be offered at the hearing must be submitted in writing by this date to the above staff contact. Non-evidentiary policy statements to be made at the June hearing need not be submitted in advance. Submission of written comments via email is preferred, but not required.
PROCEDURAL MATTERSThe Water Board will receive oral public testimony on and consider adoption of the proposed Basin Plan amendment at the June hearing. The Water Board may consider changes to the proposed amendment consistent with the general purpose of the amendment.
The public hearing will be conducted in accordance with the California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 649.3. To ensure a productive, efficient and fair hearing in which all participants have an opportunity to be heard, oral comments will generally be limited to five minutes; groups are encouraged to designate a spokesperson.
