GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City and County of San Francisco (the "City") intends to offer the above-captioned Bonds for public sale through competitive electronic bidding.
Separate bids will be received for each Bid Group at the following times (California time):

Bids will be accepted only through the S&P Global BiDCOMP™/PARITY® Competitive Bidding System ("Parity").
The Bonds will be offered for public sale subject to the terms and conditions of the Official Notice of Sale, dated October 13, 2026 ("Official Notice of Sale") relating to the Bonds. Additional information regarding the proposed sale and terms of the Bonds are included in the Official Notice of Sale and the Preliminary Official Statement for the Bonds available electronically at https://www.i-dealprospectus.com/Public. They may also be obtained from the City's Municipal Advisor, Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates, Inc., Attention: Un Chu Reardon, email: ureardon@fieldman.com, telephone: 415-933-0968.
The City reserves the right to postpone or cancel the sale of the Bonds or to change the terms thereof as specified in the Official Notice of Sale. The City further reserves the right to modify or amend the Official Notice of Sale in any respect; provided, that any such modification or amendment will be communicated to potential bidders through Parity and/or Thomson Reuters and Bloomberg Business News not later than 1:00 p.m. (California time) on the business day preceding the date for receiving bids for the Bonds.
Failure of any potential bidder to receive notice of any modification or amendment will not affect the sufficiency of any such notice or the legality of the sale.
The City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity or informality in any bid which does not materially affect such bid or change the ranking of the bids as further described in the Official Notice of Sale.

2027 SMCCCD Construction Contractor Prequalification Program
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that San Mateo County Community College District (hereinafter "District") at 3401 CSM Drive San Mateo, County of San Mateo, State of California, 94402, acting through its Governing Board, is inviting licensed contractors to submit information for inclusion on the District's list(s) of qualified bidders for the 2027 calendar year.
Qualified Contractors for Informal Bids: In accordance with the Public Contract Code §22034 (CA Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act), this notice requires interested licensed contractors to provide the following information:
• Company Name
• Contact Name and Mailing Address
• Contact Telephone Number and Email Address
• Type of work contractor is licensed to perform
• Contractor's License Number and Classification(s)
• Contractor's DIR Registration Number
Resulting list will be used to obtain quotations for projects in appropriate categories up to the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting dollar limit for the 2027 calendar year.
Prequalified Contractors for Formal Bids: Pursuant to Public Contract Code sections §20101 and §20651.5 (CA Local Agency Public Construction Act), this notice requires interested licensed contractors to submit a standardized questionnaire and financial statement in a form specified by the District, including a complete statement of the prospective bidder's financial ability and experience. Resulting list will be used to obtain formal bids for public works construction projects over $220,000. Trades contractors are strongly encouraged to participate in this prequalification effort.
Projects will be located at the District's three campuses: Cañada College, College of San Mateo, and Skyline College.
Contractor Outreach & Education Workshops: Virtual non-mandatory workshops will be offered on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. and on Friday, October 23, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., via Zoom. Visit http://smccd.edu/facilities/prequalcchowto.php for more information.
Qualified Contractor Registration/Prequalification Application Due Date: To be considered for the District's 2027 contractor pool, contractors must complete an online application via PlanetBids at: https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/20507/portal-home. The application cycle will begin October 5, 2026 and must be finalized and submitted no later than by 5:00 p.m., on December 2, 2026. The District reserves the right to change or alter these times and activities at its sole discretion.
