A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. local time via Zoom – instructions on registering are included within the RFP. The District's Equity Program(s), proposal submission requirements, and scope of service for each of the two (2) service agreements will be explained and participants can share contact details to network with other firms. The due date for submission of proposals for this RFP is 2:00 PM local time Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

The Treasure Island Mobility Management Agency (TIMMA) Committee will hold a hearing to consider the draft TIMMA Fiscal Year 2025/26 Budget at its scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, Room 250, San Francisco, California 94102.
Members of the public may attend the meeting to observe and provide public comment at the physical meeting location listed above or may watch SF Cable Channel 26 or 99 (depending on your provider) or may visit the SFGovTV website (www.sfgovtv.org) to stream the live meeting or watch on demand. The meeting agenda will be posted at sfcta.org/events and will provide instructions for members of the public to provide in person or remote input at the May 20 TIMMA Committee meeting.

The Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure ("OCII") is seeking qualified applicants to submit proposals to provide:
Hunters Point Shipyard and Candlestick Point Site Office Management, Outreach, and Administrative Support to the Mayor's Hunters Point Shipyard Citizens Advisory Committee
Applicants must demonstrate a strong understanding of, and connection to, the diverse communities of Bayview-Hunters Point; experience conducting inclusive community engagement and outreach; and knowledge of the Hunters Point Shipyard/Candlestick Point Redevelopment Project. The successful consultant will be obligated to fulfill OCII's Equal Opportunity Program (e.g., Nondiscrimination in Contracts and Benefits Policy, Minimum Compensation Policy, Health Care Accountability Policy, and Small Business Enterprise Agreement).
OCII's Small Business Enterprise ("SBE") Program is applicable to the Project with a 50% SBE participation goal. First consideration will be given in awarding this contract to OCII Project Area SBEs; followed by San Francisco-based SBEs; non-San Francisco-based SBEs will be used to satisfy SBE participation goals only if local SBEs are not available, qualified, or if their bids or fees are significantly higher than those of non-San Francisco-based SBEs.
