Project Description: The City of Oakland, Finance Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to develop strategic recommendations for pursuing revenue generating ballot measures in anticipation of the June 2026 Primary Election. The City requests that qualified consultants conduct public opinion polling, analyze and report polling results, and develop a community engagement strategy where the City may request voter approval to support one or more public priorities, including, but not limited to: ongoing resources supporting critical services such as affordable housing, public safety, emergency operations, 911 investments, and Information Technology systems.

NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF COLLATERAL
AT PUBLIC AUCTION IN HOUSTON, TX
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with applicable provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in Texas, RMRS Capital Lender LLC ("Secured Party") will offer for sale, at public auction, certain assets (the "Collateral") of Jagmohan Dhillon and Amandeep Dhillon (collectively, "Guarantors"). The Collateral will include the membership interests of Guarantors in D 5030 Westminster, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, D Murray, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, and D Lassen, LLC, a California limited liability company (collectively, "Debtor"). Guarantors are the sole members of such companies.
D 5030 Westminster, LLC is the owner of a hotel located at 5030 West 88th Place, Westminster, Colorado 80031. D Murray, LLC is the owner of a hotel located at 975 East 6600 South, Murray, Utah 84121. D Lassen, LLC is the owner of a hotel located at 4673 Lassen Road Livermore, California 94551.
The public auction will be held on October 31, 2025, at the office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, 1000 Louisiana Street, Suite 6700, Houston, Texas 77002, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Houston time; provided, however, that Secured Party reserves the right to cancel the public sale in its entirety, or to adjourn the public sale to a future date or time. The auction will be conducted by Kristen E. Bollinger.
This sale is being held to enforce Secured Party's rights in the Collateral as a result of the indebtedness of Debtor to Secured Party. Secured Party has junior security interests in the Collateral. The total amount due to Secured Party is not less than $6,086,875.00 plus costs, expenses and accruing interest. Secured Party may bid for some or all of the Collateral and be the purchaser at the auction, and currently Secured Party intends to credit bid all or a portion of its secured claim.
The Collateral will be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS," and "WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, A WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR OR OTHER PURPOSE," and subject to taxes, special assessments and liens that have been levied or assessed, and/or are unpaid or unsatisfied (none of which will be paid by Secured Party). The Collateral is being sold without recourse to Secured Party, its attorneys or representatives. Secured Party does not claim title to the Collateral and disclaims any warranty of title, possession, quiet enjoyment and the like in the sale.
