Certain investment funds advised and managed by Stone Point Capital, LLC and certain investment funds advised and managed by Genstar Capital Partners, LLC have filed an application with the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions requesting prior approval of the indirect acquisition of control of American Trust Company, a Tennessee-chartered trust company. TO: any former stockholders, officers, creditors, and any other persons claiming any interest in Neighborhood Housing Services of America, Inc., a defunct California corporation with a former principal place of business in Oakland, California, or their heirs, devises, legal representatives, successors or assigns:
The Plaintiff(s) has/have filed a Complaint with the Land Court in which you are named as an interested party. This Complaint may be examined at said Court in Boston, Massachusetts or online at www.masscourts.org. The Complaint concerns certain real property in East Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, being known as and numbered 3 Emmons Street. Plaintiff contends that title to the Property is clouded by a satisfied but improperly discharged mortgage of record. This action seeks to confirm the discharge of a prior-owner mortgage in Plaintiff's chain of title granted to Fleet Mortgage Corp., dated November 5, 1999, recorded with the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds at Book 24385, Page 308 and later re- recorded as a Confirmatory Mortgage at Book 24585, Page 78.
