Site work includes new trash enclosure, fire hydrant, and emergency vehicle access, and accessible path of travel. Trade work to include: Surveying, Demolition, Hazardous Materials Abatement, Concrete, Wood Framing, Millwork, Miscellaneous Steel, Roofing, Waterproofing, Glass / Glazing, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Ceramic Tile, Flooring, Painting, Lath & Plaster, Markerboards, Trackable Panels, Toilet Partitions & Accessories, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Low Voltage / Data & Communications, PA System, Audio / Video, Intrusion & Security, Fire Alarm, Earthwork, Paving, Site Concrete, Fencing & Gates, Gym Equipment, Underground Utilities Project Location: 400 Mansell Street, San Francisco, CA 94134 Project Duration: July 2026 – December 2027 Architect: Lionakis Project Labor Requirements: Prevailing Wage, Certified Payroll, Skilled and Trained Workforce as defined in Chapter 2.9 (Section 2600et seq.) of the Public Contract Code.
