Project Description: This RFQ is being issued by the City of Oakland Human Services Department (HSD) to identify qualified agencies, firms, project teams or individuals to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide a variety of consulting services to help implement programs that enrich the lives for children, youth families, single adults, and aging adults, in Oakland. HSD collaborates with a diverse group of local community-based organizations to provide programs and services that address the changing and emerging needs of the community.
