Project Description: The City of Oakland Housing and Community Development Department ("City") is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit qualified firm(s) or individual(s) (Consultant) to perform Construction Management Consulting services for City-funded development projects. This RFP supersedes the previous solicitation, RFP # 410529 issued on April 10, 2026. If you have previously applied for RFP #410529, you will need to re-apply to the new RFP.
Proposal Submittal Deadline: Friday, June 19, 2026, by 2:00 P.M. via iSupplier.
