The Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure ("OCII") is seeking qualified applicants to submit proposals to provide:
Hunters Point Shipyard and Candlestick Point Site Office Management, Outreach, and Administrative Support to the Mayor's Hunters Point Shipyard Citizens Advisory Committee
Applicants must demonstrate a strong understanding of, and connection to, the diverse communities of Bayview-Hunters Point; experience conducting inclusive community engagement and outreach; and knowledge of the Hunters Point Shipyard/Candlestick Point Redevelopment Project. The successful consultant will be obligated to fulfill OCII's Equal Opportunity Program (e.g., Nondiscrimination in Contracts and Benefits Policy, Minimum Compensation Policy, Health Care Accountability Policy, and Small Business Enterprise Agreement).
OCII's Small Business Enterprise ("SBE") Program is applicable to the Project with a 50% SBE participation goal. First consideration will be given in awarding this contract to OCII Project Area SBEs; followed by San Francisco-based SBEs; non-San Francisco-based SBEs will be used to satisfy SBE participation goals only if local SBEs are not available, qualified, or if their bids or fees are significantly higher than those of non-San Francisco-based SBEs.

BART is now accepting proposals fromconsulting firms to provide full-service Legislative Advocacy Services to manage federal and state executive agendas for BART'S Government and Community Relations department . BART is seeking one or two experienced legislative advocacy firms with the ability to assist with the creation and management of the District's legislative agenda at the state and federal level. Proposers are expected to propose on one or both of the service agreements described below and in ATTACHMENT A – SCOPE OF SERVICES of the RFP. The two (2) service agreements include: Service Agreement (A1) - State Legislative Advocacy Services, Service Agreement (A2) - Federal Legislative Advocacy Services. Interested firms must register on BART's Procurement Portal at: https://suppliers.bart.gov . All solicitation documents, including the RFP, must be downloaded directly from the Portal. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. local time via Zoom – instructions on registering are included within the RFP. Frontier provides basic residential services for rates of $25.00 for flat rate service. Frontier also provides basic business services for rates from $35.00-$58.25 Other taxes, fees, and surcharges may apply. Frontier offers single party service, touch tone, toll blocking, access to long distance, emergency services, operator assistance, and directory assistance. Use of these services may result in additional charges. Budget or economy services also may be available.
Frontier offers Lifeline service which is a nontransferable government assistance program that provides a $7.25 discount on the cost of monthly telephone service or $9.25 on eligible broadband or bundled voice and broadband products (where available) and is limited to one discount per household. In addition to Basic Lifeline, individuals living on federally recognized Tribal Lands who meet the eligibility criteria may also qualify for additional monthly discounts through Enhanced Lifeline and up to $100.00 toward installation fees through the Tribal Link-Up program. You may also qualify for an additional state discount where available.
