BART is now accepting proposals from Track Surfacing Services contractors. Interested firms must register on BART's Procurement Portal at https://suppliers.bart.gov

PUBLIC NOTICE: SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA RAPID TRANSIT DISTRICT PROPOSED TRIENNIAL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE GOAL
FEDERAL FISCAL YEARS 2026 through 2028
The San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (District) has updated its proposed Triennial Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) assisted projects during federal fiscal years 2026 through 2028 (October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2028), to be submitted to the FTA in August 2025 for approval.
The District will achieve its DBE goal using race and gender-conscious measures, as well as race and gender-neutral measures. The District proposes an overall goal of 22.3% for FFY 2026-2028 for FTA-assisted projects, of which 17.4% is race-conscious and 4.9% is race-neutral. The proposed overall DBE goal and methodology are posted here (www.bart.gov/about/business/ocr) for review. BART will accept public comments for a 30-day period beginning July 1, 2025 through July 31, 2025.

NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS
The Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District (District) seeks proposals for RFP No. 2025-MD-009 Security Guard Services for Bus and Ferry Facilities. Interested Proposers must submit proposals by way of upload to the District's Procurement Portal: https://ggbhtd.bonfirehub.com by Monday, 07/14/2025, at 4:00 p.m., PT.
Requests for modifications or clarifications of any requirement must be submitted in writing by Monday, 06/30/2025, at 4:00 p.m., PT.
The RFP Documents are available for download on the District's Procurement Portal. In order to download and respond to posted solicitations, Proposers will need to register. Once registered, to download the documents:
