The Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure ("OCII") is seeking qualified applicants to submit proposals to provide:
Hunters Point Shipyard and Candlestick Point Site Office Management, Outreach, and Administrative Support to the Mayor's Hunters Point Shipyard Citizens Advisory Committee
Applicants must demonstrate a strong understanding of, and connection to, the diverse communities of Bayview-Hunters Point; experience conducting inclusive community engagement and outreach; and knowledge of the Hunters Point Shipyard/Candlestick Point Redevelopment Project. The successful consultant will be obligated to fulfill OCII's Equal Opportunity Program (e.g., Nondiscrimination in Contracts and Benefits Policy, Minimum Compensation Policy, Health Care Accountability Policy, and Small Business Enterprise Agreement).
OCII's Small Business Enterprise ("SBE") Program is applicable to the Project with a 50% SBE participation goal. First consideration will be given in awarding this contract to OCII Project Area SBEs; followed by San Francisco-based SBEs; non-San Francisco-based SBEs will be used to satisfy SBE participation goals only if local SBEs are not available, qualified, or if their bids or fees are significantly higher than those of non-San Francisco-based SBEs.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BAY AREA AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO DISTRICT REGULATION 3: FEES
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (Air District) will conduct public hearings (i) on June 4, 2025, at 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, and (ii) on July 2, 2025, at 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider adoption of proposed amendments to Regulation 3: Fees.
At the public hearing on June 4, 2025, the Board of Directors will consider adopting proposed amendments to Regulation 3 fee schedules A, B, D, E, F, G-1 through G-5, H, K, P and W, and other related changes. These proposed amendments would increase fees by 2.8% or 15%, depending on the fee schedule, and would (1) increase the gross annual income limit to $1,500,000 for the definition of Small Business in Section 3-209, (2) increase the base Risk Assessment fee in Schedule C by 2.8%, (3) increase the Risk Assessment fee for existing gas stations by 15%, (4) delete obsolete citations, and (5) clean up the general formatting and text of the regulation.
At the public hearing on July 2, 2025, the Board of Directors will consider adopting amendments to Regulation 3 fee schedules S and V. These proposed amendments would increase fees under these fee schedules by 15%.
The Board of Directors will also hold a public hearing on May 7, 2025, at 10:00 or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider and receive testimony on both sets of proposed amendments. This will be an informational hearing only; the Board of Directors will not take action on any of the proposed amendments at the May 7, 2025, hearing.
All public hearings will be held at the Bay Area Metro Center, 375 Beale Street, San Francisco, CA, 94105.
