Primarily responsible for company-wide customer satisfaction by bridging knowledge & service gaps b/w key depts. (sales, engineering, cloud, and support) and the customer. Req. 3 yrs. exp. in customer success, solution architect, or similar. Such experience must include at least 3 yrs. in tech. customer-facing positions & working w/ complex distributed systems such as databases. Such exp. must also include 2 yrs. in managing others, working w/ cloud-based platforms AWS and either GCP or Azure, as well as 2 yrs. w/ Linux op. system mgmt. Also requires 1 yr. exp. w/ monitoring systems DataDog or Prometheus/Grafana. Travel within US req. approx. 15-20% of the time. Primary Jobsite: Palo Alto, CA.
