Help write Private Placement Memoranda (PPM), pitch decks, thesis decks, and other content in the data room for fundraising efforts. Conduct due diligence, including market research, expert network calls, and conversations with other investors and public side PMs, build returns models, select comps, and write investment memos for enterprise investments, with a focus on Series B - D and opportunistic Series A. Conduct due diligence, including customer cube analysis, retention analysis, GTM / efficiency calculations, and analysis of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Work with financial modeling, including comps analysis, venture capital (VC) returns analysis, creating and forecasting revenue build and operating models, data room analysis of key customer retention, ACV, concentration, P&L analysis, customer cube analysis, ARR waterfall calculations, and efficiency calculations; and, portfolio re-underwriting, including quarterly and annual portfolio reviews, re-underwriting of financial models, and re-selection/refreshing of comps for returns analysis.
