Responsibilities: Support & optimize internal HR ops & advise external clients on HR best practices & compliance by providing tailored HR solutions to meet co’s and clients’ needs, incl developing, interpreting & explaining HR policies, procedures, laws, stds, or regs. Collaborate on dvpt of co’s AI-powered HR software tools by ensuring HR processes are integrated effectively & providing related insights to eng and product dvpt teams. Reqs: Master’s deg in HR, or Bus Admin w/ concentration in HR. Prior exp must include: 3 yrs progressively resp exp in HR or People Ops w/ resp spanning multiple HR functions, incl payroll & benefits mgmt, global mobility mgmt (US & global imm), HR compliance, & program mgmt (such as onboarding, employee engagement, employee events).
