LEARN REAL ESTATE. PREPARE TO GET A LICENSE OF YOUR OWN. Hi! College of San Mateo has moved its Real Estate (and other) classes ONLINE so everybody can sign up and take classes during the Virus scare. CSM has been a leader in Real Estate Education for over half a century, and is fully Accredited. These classes always fill up very rapidly. Right now, there IS one class with a little space to enroll! It is Real Estate Practice 110, one of our most popular classes. This is the official lead SMCCD Real Estate program and students sign up from all over the Bay Area (and some from further away). RE110 is required to get a Real Estate License. It looks at some of the legal and very practical things successful agents do to earn their famous "Super-Sized commissions." (This class also transfers for full credits to all 31 California State Universities and most other universities, for those interested.) Sign-ups are NOW at the CSM website, www.collegeofsanmateo.edu. Hello everyone, I hope this finds you well! I recently started a GoFundMe, 'iPads for COVID-19'. https://gf.me/u/yg7h6w Since COVID-19 patients aren't allowed any visitors, many go without seeing or talking to their family and friends in their final moments. It is heartbreaking to hear how people only wished they could say one last goodbye to their loved ones. The 'iPads for COVID-19' GoFundMe raises money to buy iPads for hospitals to place in each COVID-19 patient's room. Each iPad will allow patients to communicate directly with family members/friends via Video Calls. Not only will iPads help patients connect with family, but also allow patients to listen to their own choice of music. Lets come together in this time of need and help comfort one another.
