NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE [Civ. Code Sec. 799.75; Civ. Code Secs. 1861, 1861.24; Vehicle Code Sec. 5909] TO JUDGMENT DEBTOR(S): DANIEL HIDALGO; AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST in the following goods: A Recreational Vehicle described as 2006 Cavco, Class FZ Recreational Vehicle/Lic. Plate No. 1LM5540, including all fixtures and personal property contained therein. On March 18, 2025, final judgment was entered against Judgment Debtor(s) Daniel Hidalgo in favor of Plaintiff Hamlin Co. & Assoc., LLC, dba Treasure Island Mobile Home Park. Judgment was entered as against Judgment Debtor(s) in the amount of $12,389.70, plus interest at the legal rate, pursuant to Civil Code §685.010. The good described above, and all of the fixtures contained therein, will be advertised for public sale and sold by auction at 10:00 a.m. on May 19, 2025 at 1700 El Camino Real, #2-03, South San Francisco, California 94080 (the "Premises"). The subject goods, and all fixtures contained therein, will be sold in bulk, "as-is" without warranties of title, fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranties, express or implied, and will be subject to a credit bid by Plaintiff. The sale is subject to change upon proper notice. Please take notice payment at the public sale must be made by certified funds within three (3) days of the public sale or at the time the goods are removed from the premises, whichever is sooner. Failure to pay or remove as required will result in failure of the bid in which case the next highest bid will be taken subject to these same terms and conditions; if the next highest bidder is Plaintiff's credit bid then Plaintiff's credit bid will prevail. Principal Judgment in the amount of $12,389.70, plus post-judgment interest of $3.39 per diem from March 19, 2025 through the May 18, 2025 (and which shall continue to accrue in the Judgment is satisfied in full in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Notice of Public Sale), collectively $19,233.95 as of the date of sale listed above. Plaintiff also anticipates additional estimated costs of $1,000.00 for publication and service charges related to enforcement of Plaintiff's lien under Civil Code section 1861.24 and recoverable thereunder (note: this is an estimated administrative charge only; actual charges incurred must be paid to satisfy the demand for payment). In sum, Plaintiff anticipates making a credit bid in the estimated amount of $12,596.49. Please take further notice all bidders must remove the goods from the premises within seventy-two (72) hours after the sale or disposition of the same.
