REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – ESSEX STREET HILLSIDE MAINTENANCE
The San Francisco Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure (OCII) seeks a qualified contractor to provide monitoring and maintenance services for its approximately 10,600-square-foot Essex Street Hillside property, including weekly inspections, litter removal, vegetation maintenance, and monitoring for graffiti, vandalism, illegal dumping, and encampments. The initial contract term is 36 months, with possible extensions. The RFP will be available on OCII's website beginning August 28, 2026. Proposals are due September 25, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. A pre-submittal meeting for the proposal will be held on Wednesday, September 9th at 8:30am at the site (east side of Essex Street, between Folsom Street and Harrison Street, San Francisco, CA). The Contract has a 50% SBE participation goal with first consideration to OCII project area SBEs. LBEs, SBEs, M/WBEs are encouraged to apply.
