SEEKING CERTIFIED LBE & DBE CONSULTANTS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES SCOPES
Jacobs/PCL, a SF Joint Venture (Jacobs/PCL) will be submitting a proposal to deliver a Progressive Design Build Project for nutrient removal upgrades to the Southeast Water Pollution Control Plant for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission in San Francisco, CA. Jacobs/PCL invites all interested businesses to submit solicitations of interest, including local, disadvantaged, minority, small, women- owned and disabled-veteran businesses (LBE, DBE, MBE, SBE, WBE, DVBE) capable of supporting this project.
Jacobs/PCL is seeking certified LBE and DBE consultants to fulfill the following professional services scopes at this time: Survey (including Land, geotechnical, Hazardous Materials, Environmental and Historical Resource Surveys), Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Mechanical, Structural Assessment and Engineering, geotechnical Engineering, Cost Estimating, Scheduling, and Public Outreach.
Firms and key staff shall demonstrate past or current experience on programs of similar size and complexity in the water and wastewater industry.
Certifications accepted: LBE certification from San Francisco Contract Monitoring Division; DBE certification from USEPA, SBA, Caltrans State implemented DBE Certification Program (with U.S. citizenship), Tribal, State, and Local governments, and Independent private organization certifications. Firms must be able to comply with prevailing wage requirements.
Should Jacobs/PCL be retained by the SFPUC as their Design-Builder for the project, subsequent outreach efforts related to construction services will be performed at a later date.
