NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE [Civ. Code Sec. 799.75; Civ. Code Secs. 1861, 1861.24; Vehicle Code Sec. 5909] TO JUDGMENT DEBTOR(S): DANIEL HIDALGO; AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST in the following goods: A Recreational Vehicle described as 2006 Cavco, Class FZ Recreational Vehicle/Lic. Plate No. 1LM5540, including all fixtures and personal property contained therein. On March 18, 2025, final judgment was entered against Judgment Debtor(s) Daniel Hidalgo in favor of Plaintiff Hamlin Co. & Assoc., LLC, dba Treasure Island Mobile Home Park. Judgment was entered as against Judgment Debtor(s) in the amount of $12,389.70, plus interest at the legal rate, pursuant to Civil Code §685.010.
