Invitation to Bid for the Yerba Buena Island Treasure Island Road Improvement Project (25/26-08) The San Francisco County Transportation Authority (Transportation Authority) will receive sealed construction bids for the TREASURE ISLAND ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. The Bid Submission Deadline is Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (PDT). An electronic bidding process has been adopted for this solicitation. Paper bids will not be accepted. The Engineer's cost estimate is approximately $25,900,000. Work shall be completed within 310 working days.
