Candlestick – Outfall #2 Surcharge & CP South Ground Improvement Work
DeSilva Gates Construction (DGC) in partnership with FivePoint is seeking qualified contractors to provide Construction Water Trucks, Street Sweepers, Site Security, Temporary Sanitary Facilities, Construction Hauling, Storm Drain Video Inspection, Hydroseeding and Temporary Fencing for the Candlestick Outfall #2 Surcharge and CP South Ground Improvement Project. The initial contract term is approximately 18 months. The RFP will be available on OCII's website beginning September 21, 2026. Proposals are due October 22, 2026 at 5:00 pm. A pre-submittal meeting for the proposals will be held on Monday October 5, 2026 at 10:00 am at https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/268132205917132?p=jmzAywpl842LhkHreY. The Contract has SBE participation goals with first consideration to OCII project area SBE's. LBEs, SBEs, M/WBEs are encouraged to apply.
