NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given to the general public of a San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) Board of Directors hearing on the following:
San Francisco Biking and Rolling Plan: The Biking and Rolling Plan is an update to the City's last bicycle plan from 2009. The updated plan will inform biking and rolling network investments, prioritization of projects over the next decade, and recommendations for new policies and programs to support active biking and rolling, which includes bicycles, scooters, powerchairs, skateboards, wheelchairs, and personal mobility devices.
Notice is hereby given to the general public as follows:
*On November 19, 2024, Biking and Rolling Plan staffwill present an informational update on the plan at a meeting of the SFMTA Board of Directors. Members of the public can attend the hearing in-person at City Hall, Room 400. The hearing will begin no earlier than 1p.m. Additional information may be found on the SFMTA's website at https://www.sfmta.com/meetings-events.

NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR RESTROOM ATTENDANT SERVICES, RFP NO. 6M2110
BART is now accepting proposals from firms providing restroom attendant services. Interested firms must register on BART's Procurement Portal at https://suppliers.bart.gov
All solicitation documents, including the RFP, must be downloaded directly from the Portal. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on November 6, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. local time via Zoom – instructions on registering are included within the RFP. The District's Equity Program(s) will be explained, and participants can share contact details to network with other firms. The due date for submission of proposals for this RFP is 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Proposals shall be submitted to the following address:

The Department of Navy (DON) has prepared an Explanation of Significant Differences (ESD) for the Record of Decision/Final Remedial Action Plan (ROD/Final RAP) (DON, 2017) for Installation Restoration (IR) Site 12 at Former Naval Station Treasure Island (NSTI). The purpose of this ESD is to establish a groundwater remedial goal (RG) for arsenic. The ESD has been prepared in accordance with a Guide to Preparing Superfund Proposed Plans, Records of Decision, and Other Remedy Selection Documents (United States Environmental Protection Agency, 1999) pursuant to Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) section 117(c) and the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP) 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), section 300.435(c)(2)(i).
