NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City and County of San Francisco (the "City") intends to offer the above-captioned Bonds for public sale through competitive electronic bidding.
Separate bids will be received for each Bid Group at the following times (California time):

Additional information regarding the proposed sale and terms of the Bonds are included in the Official Notice of Sale and the Preliminary Official Statement for the Bonds available electronically at https://www.i-dealprospectus.com/Public. The City reserves the right to postpone or cancel the sale of the Bonds or to change the terms thereof as specified in the Official Notice of Sale. The City further reserves the right to modify or amend the Official Notice of Sale in any respect; provided, that any such modification or amendment will be communicated to potential bidders through Parity and/or Thomson Reuters and Bloomberg Business News not later than 1:00 p.m. (California time) on the business day preceding the date for receiving bids for the Bonds.
Failure of any potential bidder to receive notice of any modification or amendment will not affect the sufficiency of any such notice or the legality of the sale.
The City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity or informality in any bid which does not materially affect such bid or change the ranking of the bids as further described in the Official Notice of Sale.

The Plaintiff(s) has/have filed a Complaint with the Land Court in which you are named as an interested party. This Complaint may be examined at said Court in Boston, Massachusetts or online at www.masscourts.org. The Complaint concerns certain real property in East Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, being known as and numbered 3 Emmons Street. Plaintiff contends that title to the Property is clouded by a satisfied but improperly discharged mortgage of record. This action seeks to confirm the discharge of a prior-owner mortgage in Plaintiff's chain of title granted to Fleet Mortgage Corp., dated November 5, 1999, recorded with the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds at Book 24385, Page 308 and later re- recorded as a Confirmatory Mortgage at Book 24585, Page 78.
If you intend to make any defense, you are required to file an answer with the Land Court on or before the return day, December 7, 2026, and serve a copy upon the plaintiff's attorney, Lacey Brantley, Esq., First American Law Group, 250 First Avenue, Suite 104, Needham, MA 02494.
