PCL Construction, Inc. is soliciting Certified LBE/DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/DVBE/OBE/ Subs & Suppliers to bid the DB 140 – Southeast Water Pollution Control Plant – Secondary Clarifiers Rehabilitation in San Francisco, CA for the City and County of San Francisco. Bids are due July 21, 2026 @ 2:00PM (PT). Project Description: The project is the phased refurbishment of eight secondary clarifiers. Main scopes of work are the removal of existing rotating clarifier mechanisms, followed by supply and installation of new equipment. During equipment replacement contractor will perform inspection of existing clarifier concrete conditions, with repair of surface and cracking defects as needed followed by a coating of interior clarifier tank walls and launders. Electric scope for control and instrumentation of replacement equipment will be included with new site lighting and flatwork repair replacement. PCL intends to break up the requirements into smaller portions to encourage maximum participation, arrange time frames for contracts and establish delivery schedules, where the requirements permit, in a way that encourages and facilitates participation of DBEs. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required & bonding assistance is available.
