1. TO: Louis Charles Ernst, III, or any person claiming to be the father of Lia Kai Ernst, born on January 1, 2011, in San Francisco, California.
2. You are hereby notified that a hearing under Welfare & Institutions Code section 366.26 will be held on November 4, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. in the Juvenile Court Department, Room C, at 3501 Civic Center Drive, Court Floor, San Rafael, California.
3. At the hearing the court will consider the recommendations of the social worker.
4. The social worker will recommend that your children be freed from your legal custody so that the children may be adopted. If the court follows the recommendation, all your parental rights to the children will be terminated.
