Western Alliance Bank intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to establish a branch at 201 Montgomery, San Francisco, CA 94104. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application including the record of performance of applicant banks in helping to meet local credit needs. NOTICE OF REMOVAL OF VAILLANCOURT FOUNTAIN – OPPORTUNITY FOR ORGANIZATION TO REMOVE PURSUANT TO CIVIL CODE § 989 Please take notice that the City and County of San Francisco intends to remove the Embarcadero Fountain by Armand Vaillancourt (SFAC Accession No. 1971.46) to protect the health and safety of residents and visitors from the identified structural deterioration and move it to storage. Removal of the Fountain might result in substantial physical defacement, mutilation, alteration, or destruction. An Organization, as defined by Civil Code § 989(b)(2), may remove the Fountain and pay the cost of removal. Agreement to remove the Fountain must be received within 30 days of the first day of this Notice and removal and payment must occur within 90 days of the first day of this Notice. If the Fountain is removed at the expense of an Organization, title to the Fountain shall pass to that Organization.
