Jackson Court City Share Owners Association has filed a Chapter 11 case and (1) has commenced a lawsuit against all timeshare interval owners of the Jackson Court in order to sell the property free and clear of the interests of all timeshare interval owners, and (2) has commenced a motion and a lawsuit against all holders of deeds of trust or liens encumbering the Jackson Court in order to sell the property free and clear of all liens. If those lawsuits (called Adversary Proceedings) are successful, all timeshare owners will no longer own any interest and all lien holders will no longer hold liens in the Jackson Court located at 2198 Jackson Street, San Francisco, California. The Complaint and other relevant papers have been filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division, in Bankruptcy Case No. 25-30010 HLB and Adversary Proceedings No. 25-3001 HLB and 25-3006 HLB.
