City of San Francisco – San Francisco Airport Recycled Water System Project (Progressive Design Build - demolition, piling, and demo support). Project Location: 930 Clearwater Drive, San Francisco, CA 94128 REQUESTING PROPOSALS FROM ALL SBE & LBE FIRMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH TITLE 49 CFR Part 26. Walsh Construction is the General Contractor, on the San Francisco Airport Recycled Water System Project. This project is currently in design by the selected Engineer of Record and the General Contractor selection process has been completed. The anticipated project will fulfill the necessary improvements identified in the City's condition assessment of the San Francisco Airport Recycled Water System Project. The Recycled Water System Project will design and construct an advanced water treatment process to meet Title 22 Requirements and remove PFAS from the effluent. The Project will also design and construct a 200,000-gallon storage tank, pump station, and distribution system of roughly three miles of pipeline and connection to the Airport's LEED Gold Buildings. At this time, Walsh is seeking proposals from SBE & LBE firms to incorporate in our project, which will be submitted in response to the City's Request for Proposals for this project. The requirement for SBE participation is 1.7% and LBE participation is 6%. We are soliciting proposals for the following. 1. Demolition and Hazardous Materials 2. Foundations/Piling 3.
