"Bill" Jones Pumping Unit Plant (JPP) located in Byron, CA. The JPP, as part of the Central Valley Project, is owned by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, and operated and maintained by the SLDMWA. This project is funded through the Bi-Partisan Infrastructure Law (BIL).
