Plate No. 1LM5540, including all fixtures and personal property contained therein. On March 18, 2025, final judgment was entered against Judgment Debtor(s) Daniel Hidalgo in favor of Plaintiff Hamlin Co. & Assoc., LLC, dba Treasure Island Mobile Home Park. Judgment was entered as against Judgment Debtor(s) in the amount of $12,389.70, plus interest at the legal rate, pursuant to Civil Code §685.010. The good described above, and all of the fixtures contained therein, will be advertised for public sale and sold by auction at 10:00 a.m. on May 19, 2025 at 1700 El Camino Real, #2-03, South San Francisco, California 94080 (the "Premises"). The subject goods, and all fixtures contained therein, will be sold in bulk, "as-is" without warranties of title, fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranties, express or implied, and will be subject to a credit bid by Plaintiff. The sale is subject to change upon proper notice. Please take notice payment at the public sale must be made by certified funds within three (3) days of the public sale or at the time the goods are removed from the premises, whichever is sooner.
