PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC HEARING: FISCAL YEAR 2025/26 ANNUAL BUDGET TREASURE ISLAND MOBILITY MANAGEMENT AGENCY Tuesday, June 10, 2025; 9:00 AM The following notice is hereby given: The Treasure Island Mobility Management Agency (TIMMA) Committee has rescheduled its hearing to consider the proposed TIMMA Fiscal Year 2025/26 Budget on May 20 to its scheduled meeting on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, Room 250, San Francisco, California 94102 . Members of the public may attend the meeting to observe and provide public comment at the physical meeting location listed above or may watch SF Cable Channel 26 or 99 (depending on your provider) or may visit the SFGovTV website (www.sfgovtv.org) to stream the live meeting or watch on demand. The meeting agenda will be posted at sfcta.org/events and will provide instructions for members of the public to provide in person or remote input at the June 10 TIMMA Committee meeting. Invitation to Bid for the Treasure Island Ferry Terminal Enhancements Project The Treasure Island Mobility Management Agency (TIMMA) will receive sealed construction bids for the TREASURE ISLAND FERRY TERMINAL ENHANCEMENTS PROJECT. The Bid Submission Deadline is Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. (PDT). An electronic bidding process has been adopted for this solicitation. Paper bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids shall be submitted through https://www.bidexpress.com. All bidders must register on https://www.bidexpress.com and create Digital ID through Bid Express to submit a bid. It can take up to five (5) business days to process your Digital ID and it is highly recommended that a Digital ID be active 48 hours in advance of submitting an electronic bid. Costs associated with obtaining said Digital ID and submitting a bid using Bid Express shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder. Contract Documents, any addenda, and bid forms will be available from https://www.bidexpress.com/solicitations/41020. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BAY AREA AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT DISTRICT PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO DISTRICT REGULATION 3: FEES Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (Air District) will conduct public hearings (i) on June 4, 2025, at 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, and (ii) on July 2, 2025, at 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider adoption of proposed amendments to Regulation 3: Fees. At the public hearing on June 4, 2025, the Board of Directors will consider adopting proposed amendments to Regulation 3 fee schedules A, B, D, E, F, G-1 through G-5, H, K, P and W, and other related changes. These proposed amendments would increase fees by 2.8% or 15%, depending on the fee schedule, and would (1) increase the gross annual income limit to $1,500,000 for the definition of Small Business in Section 3-209, (2) increase the base Risk Assessment fee in Schedule C by 2.8%, (3) increase the Risk Assessment fee for existing gas stations by 15%, (4) delete obsolete citations, and (5) clean up the general formatting and text of the regulation. At the public hearing on July 2, 2025, the Board of Directors will consider adopting amendments to Regulation 3 fee schedules S and V. These proposed amendments would increase fees under these fee schedules by 15%. The Board of Directors will also hold a public hearing on May 7, 2025, at 10:00 or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider and receive testimony on both sets of proposed amendments. This will be an informational hearing only; the Board of Directors will not take action on any of the proposed amendments at the May 7, 2025, hearing. All public hearings will be held at the Bay Area Metro Center, 375 Beale Street, San Francisco, CA, 94105.
