NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that proofs of claim by non-governmental entities must be filed with the above-referenced Court on or before July 7, 2025, at 11:59 pm PDT. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that proofs of claim may be filed using the Court's CM/ECF system (see https://www.canb.uscourts.gov) or by visiting https://ecf.canb.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/autoFilingClaims.pl. The official form of proof of claim (Form No. B410) is available at https://www.uscourts.gov/forms-rules/forms. Proofs of claim may be filed in person at, or by mail addressed to, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, 1300 Clay Street, Suite 300, Oakland, California 94612. If filing by mail, you must ensure that your proof of claim reaches the Clerk of Court on a day and at a time that the Clerk's office is open on or before July 7, 2025. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if your claim is not properly listed in Schedule D or Schedule E/F, as they may be amended, or if your claim is designated as disputed, contingent, or unliquidated, you must file a proof of claim or you might not be paid on your claim and you might be unable to vote on a plan of reorganization. You may file a proof of claim even if your claim is not listed on the aforesaid schedules.
