NOTICE OF REMOVAL OF VAILLANCOURT FOUNTAIN – OPPORTUNITY FOR ORGANIZATION TO REMOVE PURSUANT TO CIVIL CODE § 989 Please take notice that the City and County of San Francisco intends to remove the Embarcadero Fountain by Armand Vaillancourt (SFAC Accession No. 1971.46) to protect the health and safety of residents and visitors from the identified structural deterioration and move it to storage. Removal of the Fountain might result in substantial physical defacement, mutilation, alteration, or destruction. An Organization, as defined by Civil Code § 989(b)(2), may remove the Fountain and pay the cost of removal. Agreement to remove the Fountain must be received within 30 days of the first day of this Notice and removal and payment must occur within 90 days of the first day of this Notice. If the Fountain is removed at the expense of an Organization, title to the Fountain shall pass to that Organization. An Organization that intends to remove the Fountain and pay the cost of removal must contact John George (john.george@sfcityatty.org) and Kristen Jensen (kristen.jensen@sfcityatty.org).

NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF COLLATERAL AT PUBLIC AUCTION IN HOUSTON, TX Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with applicable provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in Texas, RMRS Capital Lender LLC ("Secured Party") will offer for sale, at public auction, certain assets (the "Collateral") of Jagmohan Dhillon and Amandeep Dhillon (collectively, "Guarantors"). The Collateral will include the membership interests of Guarantors in D 5030 Westminster, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, D Murray, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, and D Lassen, LLC, a California limited liability company (collectively, "Debtor"). Guarantors are the sole members of such companies. D 5030 Westminster, LLC is the owner of a hotel located at 5030 West 88th Place, Westminster, Colorado 80031. D Murray, LLC is the owner of a hotel located at 975 East 6600 South, Murray, Utah 84121. D Lassen, LLC is the owner of a hotel located at 4673 Lassen Road Livermore, California 94551.
