Prequalified Contractors for Formal Bids: Pursuant to Public Contract Code sections §20101 and §20651.5 (CA Local Agency Public Construction Act), this notice requires interested licensed contractors to submit a standardized questionnaire and financial statement in a form specified by the District, including a complete statement of the prospective bidder's financial ability and experience. Resulting list will be used to obtain formal bids for public works construction projects over $220,000. Trades contractors are strongly encouraged to participate in this prequalification effort. Projects will be located at the District's three campuses: Cañada College, College of San Mateo, and Skyline College. Contractor Outreach & Education Workshops: Virtual non-mandatory workshops will be offered on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. and on Friday, October 23, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., via Zoom.
