Conceptualize, design, and launch novel artificial intelligence (“AI”)-driven marketing campaigns and products from inception, ensuring alignment with strategic organizational objectives. Analyze complex datasets, conduct targeted experiments, and derive insights to identify core feature sets essential for the product’s initial release. Collaborate directly with internal sales teams and external clients to gather and interpret business requirements, and to define effective positioning, packaging, and messaging strategies for the product. Develop and implement product-level performance metrics, governance frameworks, and control mechanisms, enabling marketers to effectively manage and optimize utilization of the AI campaigns product. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on data- driven assessments to promote user adoption and engagement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including reporting, modeling, and data engineering groups, to integrate supportive features and ensure comprehensive product functionality. Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week. When not telecommuting, must report to Attentive Mobile, Inc. at 114 Sansome Street, 11th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94104. Salary: $197,600 - $296,400 per year. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field plus 5 years of professional experience as a Market Analyst, Market Research Specialist, or any occupation/position/job title involving product management and management consulting. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience, the employer will accept a Master's degree or U.S. equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, plus 3 years of professional experience as a Market Analyst, Market Research Specialist, or any occupation/position/job title involving product management and management consulting. Must also have experience with the following special skills: 3 years of professional experience evaluating complex trade- offs, assessing options efficiently, and guiding teams toward consensus and alignment on critical business or product decisions; 3 years of professional experience identifying innovative solutions; 3 years of professional experience developing and launching innovative products, including building 0-to-1 products or products specifically designed for marketers; 3 years of professional experience aligning and inspiring executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams around a unified product vision; and 3 years of professional experience collaborating with Sales teams and other key departments to ensure product strategies and deliverables are aligned with overarching business goals and objectives.
