Drive and own the company’s product roadmap for analytics, automation, and reporting across the programmatic advertising stack; Support the growth of the programmatic business by automating manual operations and scaling the data and analytics infrastructure. Ensure data quality, validation, and consistency across systems through monitoring, anomaly detection, and instrumentation improvements, while identifying and enabling new data and platform integrations; Analyze and integrate large-scale TV/campaign viewership and log-level data from ad servers and supply-side platforms (SSPs) to generate financial and revenue insights that inform strategic product, marketing, and campaign strategies; Define, prioritize, and implement data-driven features to improve revenue/campaign monitoring, audience segmentation, deal optimization, and targeting effectiveness within programmatic marketplaces; Design and analyze experiments (such as A/B testing) and forecasting models using time-series analysis and incorporate those models into the operational media planning, campaign optimization and revenue forecasting workflows; Partner with various engineering teams to develop scalable data pipelines and workflows, manage SSP API integrations to unify deal-level data, and lead automation initiatives to improve yield and operational efficiency; Participate in quarterly planning and sprint planning meetings after gathering needs and priorities from stakeholders; Design and develop reporting products, including advertiser-facing reports and internal analytics dashboards, to improve data accessibility and decision-making; develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for real-time visibility into company revenue and financials; and communicate actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
