Plan, coordinate, &lead full lifecycle engrg of mechatronic door modules (DMs) &window regulators (WRs), incl. project request for information, quotation, dvlpmt, validation, rampup, launch, Start of Production (SOP), series production, &End of Production, &ensure technical excellence &timely dlvry for OEM vehicle maker customer. Remote w/ Travel. The role does not require employee to be on-site at a Brose facility to perform most effectively. The role enables them to work off-site (Anywhere CA) on a permanent basis; however, this position is subject to travel reqmt to OEM customer’s Fremont, CA facility 4-5 days p.w. to represent Brose in DM &WR engrg dvlpt projects incl. meetings w/ customer Mechanical Design Engrs &collaboration with Brose Prgm Mgrs &Sales Mgrs, on Brose product lifecycle events; engrg deliverables; qlty issues; customer &Brose engrg changes; new product geometries for future vehicles; &product industrialization &launch timing at MEX Brose plant. Bachelor, Mechanical or Automot Engrg, or related. 3 mos exp as Engr, Intern, or related, coordinating or leading full lifecycle engrg of DM or WR, incl. project validation, launch, &SOP, &ensuring timely dlvry for OEM customer, or related.
