Define the product vision and roadmap based on comprehensive competitive and market analysis. Synthesize data and customer insights to develop and launch new products and features. Build, systematize, and scale competitor monitoring program for competitors; collect, analyze, and leverage competitor signal for roadmap and strategy purposes. Identify/understand product gaps/opportunities, help shape the long-term roadmap and Benchmarking. Implement strategic pivots in product packaging and pricing strategies to optimize revenue growth. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Business Intelligence (or U.S. equivalent) and one (1) year of experience in the job or as Senior Operations and Logistics Manager, Product Strategy Manager or closely related occupation responsible for conducting comprehensive market analyses across Latin American markets, identifying and evaluating market-specific challenges and tailoring promotional tools for specific markets. Experience must include defining product strategies based on thorough usability studies, customer interviews and market research as well as defining KPIs to measure performance of company operations and designing and programming custom dashboards using Tableau, SQL, and Google Sheets to analyze data and generate performance, behavior and operational insights. Expected 15%-20% travel to North America and Latin America regions. Salary: $273,915.00/year.
