Lead solution, design, dvlpmt, testing, & deployment of ServiceNow modules in compliance w/ req’d sys processes & procedures, working w/ other team members & partners across organization as needed. Provide functional expertise; act as product advocate to lead implementation of ITIL processes w/i ServiceNow platform. Must have Bachelor’s or equiv in Eng’g, Data Sci, Math or rel field + 9 yrs’ exp as architect on ServiceNow platform or rel exp OR Master’s or equiv in Eng’g, Data Sci, Math or rel field + 7 yrs’ exp as architect on ServiceNow platform or rel exp. Must have: Technl Expertise w/ ServiceNow modules, in IT Ops Mgmt, Integrated Risk Mgmt, 3rd Party Risk Mgmt, HR Srvc Delivery, Softw Asset Mgmt, Hardw Asset Mgmt, IT Srvc Mgmt & Configuration Mgmt Dbase to architect solutions that address complex challenges. Demonstrated knowl of Configuration Mgmt Dbase. Exp in ServiceNow Catalog Srvc w/ Flow Designer, UI Builder, IT Srvc Mgmt configuration/customization. Exp in Softw architecture & design exp. Demonstrated knowl of JavaScript, JSON, XML, CSS, HTML, & REST APIs. Exp in dvlpmt of Scoped apps & Custom APIs for External Sys’s, Integration Hub, Srvc Graph Connector implementation. Demonstrated knowl of dbases, tables, attributes, & relationships. Exp managing stakeholders, & working w/ cross-functional teams incl infrastructure, network, info security, enterprise apps, & bus. users. Release Upgrade Life Cycle Mgmt exp.
