Software Engineer, Distributed Systems-Carry Technologies Inc d/b/a/ Hightouch needs indiv to design/build/optimize distributed systems infrastructure powering data syncing engine. Optimize data synch perf to enable faster processing of large-scale customer data transfers. Architect real-time streaming synch capabilities for webhooks/ queues/streaming data sources. Ensure scalability/reliability of syncing infra & increasing data volumes. Develop Personalization API, a low-latency caching layer. Support multi-region/multi-cloud backend infra expansion to meet global data residency reqs. Develop/deploy AI-powered data agents to integrate AI into data analytics/mktg workflows. Prototype/develop proofs of concept to eval AI integration. Make arch decisions on AI frameworks/sys design. Build production-grade data agents leveraging cust data to auto answer analytics/data sci queries on user behavior/mktg perf. Design AI-assisted user exp based on anal of customer workflows. Bachelors Software Engnrng or Comp Sci & 2 yrs exp as above or as a Software Engnr supporting finc’l transaction sys. Must know REST APIs/SQL/PostgreSQL/Git/CI/CD pipelines. $215,000/yr.
