NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Preferred Bank, headquartered at 601 South Figueroa Street, Floor 48, Los Angeles, California 90017, is filing an application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to open a new branch office at 20803 Stevens Creek Blvd., Suite 100, Cupertino, CA 95014. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its regional office (25 Jessie Street at Ecker Square, Room 1912 San Francisco, California 94105) not later than June 16th, 2025. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file in the regional office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
