LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT (Oakland, CA) JOB DUTIES: Produce, review and edit diagrams, design sketches, renderings, model and graphics for design exploration and presentation materials. Oversees the production of construction documents including creating grading and drainage designs based on hydraulic analysis. Prepare permitting documents. Lead project management with feedback from partners and senior associates including with Master Planning projects over 50 acres in size which includes public landscape and residential development. Designing water feature and drainage system designs, and coordinating/directing contractors, civil engineers on drain size, grading, flow rate, and aesthetics based on hydraulics and hydrology analysis.
